Welcome to PassionEvoo Sensory Lab, the experiential workshop dedicated to extra virgin olive oil, conceived by me and developed in collaboration with professionals and local organizations.
It is an engaging activity designed to help people discover the world of EVOO in a fresh, accessible, and authentic way. A workshop where you learn not just with your head—but above all, with your senses.
The goal? To educate, inspire, and spark curiosity. Because extra virgin olive oil is not just a condiment—it’s a journey through health, personal taste, culture, and landscape.

The workshop lasts about 1.5 hours and is held in small groups (maximum 10–12 participants):

It includes:
Welcome and introduction: an informal moment to set the mood.
Light theoretical section: supported by simple, engaging multimedia materials.
Interactive sensory games: playful yet effective exercises to awaken the sense of smell and taste and begin identifying what makes a good oil.
Guided tasting: a comparative tasting of three high-quality Italian extra virgin olive oils, with explanation of differences, characteristics, and possible defects.
Territory storytelling: each oil has a face, a place, a story—and sharing those stories is part of the experience.
Olive oil and food pairing: with one or more practical examples to show how EVOO enhances flavors in cooking and helps participants better understand their own preferences.

PassionEvo Sensory Lab is the result of my training in professional olive oil tasting and my certification with the Narratori del Gusto, an innovative method that blends expertise, communication, and sensory storytelling. Every workshop is tailored, replicable, and created in synergy with authentic people and places.
The format is a turnkey package: I handle everything—from delivery and materials to setting up the tasting area.
The host venue must provide:
A quiet location
A table with chairs for up to 12 participants
Two additional side tables
One power outlet and internet connection
On request, the workshop can be enhanced with dishes or snacks paired with olive oil (upon prior agreement).
